If you have sent someone and invite and they are not going to use the license you can get the license back using the following instructions.
1. To cancel an invitation, go to the Setting tab, scroll down to the Pending tab, and click on the Cancel Invite button.
This will add the license back to your Available Seats category at the top of the Settings tab.
