How do I resend student invites?

We send reminder emails to students the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 7th, and 14th day after the original invite. However, if student(s) still haven’t activated their account, you can resend the email invite using the following instructions

1. Navigate to the “Settings” tab at the top of the Dashboard screen.

2. Scroll down to the section labeled Active Students | Pending | Archived

3. Click on the Pending tab

4. Hover over the pending student(s)

5. Click on the pencil icon that appears

6. Click the blue Resent Invite Email button at the bottom right.

7. Refresh browser to see updated status of “Delivered”

8. Continue resending until they all say delivered.
