To view a general breakdown of your Pocket Prep licenses (aka "Seats"):

1. Navigate to the “Admin” tab at the top of your screen.

2. You'll find a breakdown of your seats and their current status near the top of the page directly under your organization name.

Seats are displayed on a table separated by exam, and further broken down by their current status. To the right of the table, you'll find a pie chart showing your total seats across all exams broken down by their current status.

  • Available seats: unused licenses that can be assigned to students

  • Pending seats: licenses that have been assigned to students, but have not yet been redeemed by said students

  • Active seats: licenses that have been assigned and redeemed by students.

  • Archived seats: licenses that have been archived and are no longer active

To view an individual student breakdown of your Pocket Prep licenses (aka "seats"):

scroll down on the Admin page. You'll find a table with two tabs: Students and Archived.

Clicking on the "Students" tab will show you:

  • active students sorted by name

  • the exam they have been assigned prep for

  • their instructor(s)

  • their start date (date of license redemption)

Clicking on the "Archived" tab will show you:

  • archived students sorted by name

  • the exam they have been assigned prep for

  • their instructor(s)

  • their start date (date of license redemption)

  • their "archived" status
