What to do when you're unable to log into your Pocket Prep account

Your Pocket Prep account is your gateway to affordable and convenient exam prep. If you're having trouble logging into your account, it’s likely to be in one of these scenarios:

I clicked ‘Send Link’ but didn’t receive it.

When using the ‘Send Link’ option, it’s very important that you type in the correct email address. Double check that you are entering the correct email address and make sure that it’s the same email address you are going to check for the link. Most of the modern email services allow you to be logged in to multiple mailboxes at the same time, so it’s important that you are checking the correct mailbox.

Sometimes our email with the link can go to your Junk/Spam folder. Please, be sure to check that folder or any other folder that typically gets mail. If you are using Gmail, check your “All Mail” folder.

I can't remember my password.

If you can't remember your password you can revert to the Sign in via Link option or use the Forgot Password feature to send the password reset email to your mailbox. Be sure to check your junk or spam folder if you don’t receive it after a few minutes.
